Refund Policy

At Active Love, we are deeply committed to building trust and transparency with our supporters. As a mission-driven non-profit organization, we rely on donations, product purchases, and event participation to fund programs that directly support survivors of human trafficking. To ensure clarity and fairness, the following outlines our policy regarding refunds for donations, product purchases, and event registrations.

When it comes to donations, all contributions made to Active Love are considered final and non-refundable. This is because donations are immediately allocated to support our mission-driven programs, such as survivor support services, awareness campaigns, and essential partnerships. However, we understand that mistakes happen or exceptional circumstances may arise. If a donation was made in error, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of the donation date. While refunds for donations are not guaranteed, we will carefully review each request on a case-by-case basis and work toward an appropriate resolution.

For product purchases, such as our jute tote bags, we want to ensure that our supporters are satisfied with their experience. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the item arrived defective or damaged. If you do receive a defective product, we encourage you to reach out immediately with details and supporting photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

For those participating in events and fundraisers hosted by Active Love, we understand that plans may change. Refund requests for event registrations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date to qualify for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may not be eligible for refunds, as funds will have already been allocated toward event preparation and related costs.
